Hey there pet lovers! Get ready for the ultimate photo challenge with our monthly contest – Paws and Pose!
Visit American Fish Company with your furry friend, snap a photo of the two of you having fun, and share it on Facebook with the hashtag #PawsAndPose, and tag American Fish Company in the photo. The best photo each month will win a $25 gift card to Frying Pan Restaurant, and all monthly winners will compete for the title of American Fish Company Top Dog for 2024 in a final competition at the end of the season. The grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card to Frying Pan Restaurant. Good luck!

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to enter the #PawsAndPose photo contest:
- Visit American Fish Company and snap a photo of your furry friend enjoying the atmosphere.
- Share the photo on Facebook and make sure to tag American Fish Company in the photo.
- Use the hashtag #PawsAndPose in your post.
- Submit your entry for a chance to win the monthly prize.
Remember, only one photo submission per participant per month is allowed, and a new photo entry is required each month.
At the end of the year, all the monthly winners will compete in a final round where you can vote on the best picture from the entire year.

Official Contest Rules
Eligibility: This photo contest is open to all individuals who are 21 years or older.
Entry: Participants must share a recently taken photo of their dog at American Fish Company on Facebook. Participants must tag American Fish Company in the photo and use the hashtag #PawsAndPose to enter. Only one photo submission per participant per month is allowed. Participants are not allowed to use the same photo more than once. Winning does not disqualify the participant participating in the following months.
Submission Period: Submissions for each month will begin on the first day and close on the last day of that month. The contest runs for the entire year of 2023.
Prize: The best photo, “the top dog,” will be selected each month and awarded a $25 gift card to Frying Pan Restaurant. At the end of the season, all monthly winner’s (top dogs) photos will compete in a final competition where the favorite photo will be chosen by public vote. The winner will be named the American Fish Company Top Dog for 2023 and awarded a $100 gift card to Frying Pan Restaurant.
Winner Notification: Monthly winners will be notified on the 2nd day of the following month via Facebook. The final winner will be announced in December. Winner’s can pick up their gift card at Frying Pan Restaurant in Southport, NC.
Data Collection: By submitting your photo, you consent to use of your image in future promotions, such as Facebook or Instagram posting meaning, all photos and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of American Fish Company who may publish or cause to be published any of the photos received.
Liability: Participants agree to fully release and hold Facebook harmless from liability, and acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
General Conditions: American Fish Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond American Fish Company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by American Fish Company in its sole discretion. American Fish Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the submission process or violates these official rules.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of American Fish Company, which are final and binding in all respects.
